<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a simple and secure roof panel by securing frames of bevel butt roof panels with each other, and bringing a coupling structural material capable of falling, rising and moving of the first roof panel into contact with a frame of the second roof panel in a state of overlapping to secure together as a unit. CONSTITUTION:A roof board 3 of structural ply wood is laid and provided on a square frame shaped frame 2 comprising an upper frame 2a, a longitudinal frame 2b and a middle frame. Then, in the first roof panel 1a, a coupling structural material 4 is secured on the upper frame 2a of which the frame 2 is constituted with a screw 6 through a hinge 5 so that it is capable of falling, rising and moving. After that, in the second roof panel 1b, an angle is at right angle with each other, and the structural material 4 with the top placed in a state of bevel butting is capable of falling, rising and moving to bring it into contact with the upper frame 2 of the panel 1b in a state of overlapping. The structural material 4 and the frame of the panel 1b are secured with a nail 7 together as a unit and, at the same time, the panel 1a is also nailed to couple and secure simultaneously. According to the constitution, the clatter of the roof panel can be prevented.</p> |
