Multiplex-fireworks article with exposed flame, whereby a pyrotechnical component (4) is arranged near the flame position (A), which at intervals automatically produces a lively sparkling fireworks. The pyrotechnical component (4) consists entirely or partially of a sparkler compound. The fireworks article is formed by a wax-like candle (1), whilst the pyrotechnical component is located in the region of the card (2). The pyrotechnical component (4) is rod-shaped and is located directly near the flame position. The sparkler compound consisting of separated sections is arranged near the region of the flame position (A). ADVANTAGE - The burning process can be automatically interrupted without mechanical means, producing unusual attractive effects.
