A holder (3) has a hollow portion to removably receive a held portion of a cultivator nail (15) having a blade portion. The holder is fixed to a rotatable driving shaft, and a stopper pin is passed through it with the held portion in the hollow portion. The holder comprises two steel channel plates welded together in overlapping manner, with their open sides facing a slant face of the hollow portion and ensuring film reception of the held portion while the nail is rotated. The stopper is supported on the cultivator nail by a thickness.
