The invention relates to a labelling station for objects, in particular bottles, with several stations arranged one after the other along a track, namely one gluing (gumming) roller 15, one label holder 16 and one label transfer cylinder 18, and with at least one withdrawal element which is mounted rotatably on a rotating carrier 1 and which, as the carrier turns, rolls over the individual stations with its curved receiving surface for the label. The drive for each withdrawal element 2 consists of a cam mechanism. The cam mechanism comprises two outer cams which are arranged one above the other and which have the basic shape of ovals indented on both longitudinal sides and are arranged in a cross shape with respect to one another, and followers 26 to 29 are in engagement with these outer cams 32, 33. The followers 26 - 29 are offset in relation to one another by an angle which is not 90@, and they have lever arms of different lengths.
