PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant composition for hydraulic compositions that can provide hydraulic compositions excellent in flowability.SOLUTION: A dispersant composition for hydraulic compositions contains (A) a cement dispersant that comprises a polymer with monomer units including naphthalene rings and (B) one or more specific alkylene oxide-added compounds represented by general formula (B1). The molar ratio of the total amount of (B) to the amount of the monomer units including naphthalene rings in (A) is from 3% to 16% inclusive.SELECTED DRAWING: None
