The present invention discloses an insecticidal composition containing as an active ingredient a cyclohexane derivative represented by the following formula (IA) or its salts, or a cyclohexane derivative represented by the following formula (IB) including the foregoing cyclohexane derivative represented by the formula (IA) or its salts, as well as an insecticidal method with said insecticidal composition: <CHEM> wherein the substituents in the formulae (IA) and (IB) are as defined in the specification.
