Splicer machine for rolls of paper - incorporates support and cutter with guide, waste strip remover and forming machine

The splicer-machine for rolls of paper (4) incorporates a support (100) for removing and pivotally holding the paper roll (4) which is turned backwards and forwards. The start of the paper roll (4) is fixed by adhesive strips and, on the support (100), is released by a machine (200) which cuts off one part of the surface of the paper roll(4), by means of a cutter-guide-mechanism with guide (220). A set pulled-out length of a waste-strip of paper is cut off for forming the paper splicing part by means of a forming machine (300), a double-sided adhesive strip is applied to the fresh starting end of the paper roll (4). The waste-strip is removed by a machine (400) and is cut off. USE/ADVANTAGE - The paper roll splicer operates automatically, removes the paper without much waste.
