RESERVATION-TYPE COOLING AND HEATING APPARATUS FOR AUTOMOBILE

The timer operates the air conditioner or heater of the motor vehicle during the preset time as well as the engine start so that the passenger or driver can enter the air canditioned car regardless of hot or cold wegther. The timer detects the neutral position of the transmission gear to prevent the undesirable movement of the unmaned car when starting the engine. When the driver does not appear during the preset waiting time, the timer clears the all reservation mode and stops the engine automatically. The circuit comprises a power source (1), a digital timer (2) setting the reservation time, a sensor (3) detecting the neutral position of the transmission gear, and a controller (4) switching on/off the air conditioner or heater.
