PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the switching device of a memory system and to accelerate data processing and switching processing by managing the address of a storing means corresponding to a request from outside and operating it, so as to control operation based on the judgment of effective/ineffective of data. SOLUTION: A temporary storage part 10 of a transmitter-receiver handles the address of a buffer part 12 by dividing into two areas of a high order and a low order. A data-reading control part 14 and a data-reading managing part 15 operates the part 12 according to control from outside and the part 12 is read-controlled by the unit of one byte, when a reading temporary stoppage signal RSP is inputted and by the unit of a block, when a reading suspending signal RS is inputted. Thereby, based on the judgement of effective/ineffective of stored data, read data are arranged to read only the data necessary to accelerate processing. At the time of applying this device to switching without hit, the address difference between a high order and a low order is absorbed as a phase difference to make the same phase to be switched. |
