PURPOSE:To obtain a coil having a high cooling characteristic and a wide variety in shape by arranging a plurality of unit cores at predetermined intervals and connecting windings in series or in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of unit cores 2 are laminated with intervals or arranged in a diameter direction with intervals so as to connect wound wires 3 of the cores 2 in series or in parallel. Then, as the cores are not in close contact, a magnetic switch coil has a high cooling characteristic and a wide variety in its shape. By using such magnetic switch coil, the life of a copper vapor laser or an excimer laser device can be prolonged and its economical efficiency can be improved. The same result can be obtained by combining those arrangements of the unit cores. |
