A dielectric powder composition comprises BaTiO3 (A), PbSnO3 (B) [mixing mole ratio of A and B is 0.95-0.98:0.05-0.02 and 0.1- 0.3 wt.% ZnO w.r.t. mixt. wt. of A and B. BaTiO3 is prepd. by mixing BaCO3, TiO2 PbO, SnO2 with ZnO. The dielectric powder has a good temperature property and dielectric strength, and is used in the manufacture of a high-pressure ceramic condenser.
