The method for manufacturing the RF jag simply by forming the jag and insulator simultaneously in the body comprises: (a) inserting the tap linked with the insulator to the lower core of the mould; (b) charging the melt resin through the spool gate (28) after linking the separated mould; (c) separating the formed jag from the mould after soldifying the melt resin; and (d) plating nickel or chrome on the jag surface except the insulator, which surface is plated the copper in advance. A slide taper pin (25) formed on a fixed mould (24) is locked or released to/ from an inclined hole (27) formed on a slide core (26) so that the slide core is adjustable upward or downwar.
