PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the group management function even during the maintenance period by installing a switch, which receives and transmits signals in turned-ON state but only receives the signals in turned-OFF state, on each group management controller and each group management substitution device. CONSTITUTION:When maintenance, etc. of a microcomputer 103 for group management is to be carried out, the power source switch 204 of a group man agement substitution device 201 and a switch B217 are turned OFF to connect connects A118 and B218 through an electric wire 301, and a switch 204 is turned ON. In this state, the device 201 receives the registered state of hatch calls and the transmission of information between the microcomputer 3 of a subsidi ary machine and the group management controller 101, but the switch B217 does not output a signal from the device 201 for the turning-OFF. The device 201 grasps all of the calls and the operation state of the subsidiary machines by leaving all the calls which are already registered when the device 210 is connected until an elevator finishes answering to all the above calls. Then, a switch A117 is turned OFF, and the switch B217 is turned ON speedily, and control is performed by the controller 201. |
