A braking device brakes the setting wheels independently of one another. The magnitude of the braking torque can be controlled. A connection device (13) lies between the output member (10) of the movement conversion system and the setting rod (8) and allows the member and rod to rotate freely w.r.t. one another. - A gear member couples both setting wheels in opposite directions and is on the drive spindle. The gear member is coupled to the setting wheels and is supported in the drive spindle such that a relative rotation of one setting wheel w.r.t. the drive spindle results in a counter relative rotation of the other setting wheel.
