<p>PURPOSE:To conduct trimming of a plurality of resistors at high speed by a method wherein the capacitance of each capacitor circuit of a device, in which a plurality of resistors are trimmed by high voltage of the capacitors of a plurality of capacitor circuits, is made changeable corresponding to each dot. CONSTITUTION:Capacitor circuits 13-1 to 13-n, which are provided corresponding to the resistors (dots) 17-1 to 17-n to be trimmed through each contact point of a relay 12, are series-connected to a high voltage power source 11, and also the capacitor circuits are connected to probes 15-1 to 15-n through each contact point of a relay 14. Each capacitor circuit has capacitors C1 to C4, their capacitance ratio of 10:20:40:80 is selected, and the capacitor circuits are constituted in such a manner than the capacitance can be stepwisely selected between 10 and 150 by making combination of each contact point of a relay 18. A suitable capacitance is set for each dot separately by a CPU 19 by turning ON/OFF the relay 18 of the capacitor circuits independently. Subsequently, the relay 12 is turned ON, and after each capacitor has been charged, the relay 14 is turned ON, and the voltage of capacitor is applied to resistors 17-1 to 17-n independently through the probes 15-1 to 15-n.</p> |
