Use of t-amyl peroxy(2-ethylhexanoate) as a free radical polymerization initiator in a process for preparing graft polymer polyol dispersions wherein a reaction moderator is utilized in conjunction with less than about 0.3 moles of induced unsaturation per mole of polyol results in dispersions having low viscosities and solids contents not previously obtainable through the use of similar initiators.
