PURPOSE:To easily inform the location of a remote control device to a user by issuing a call signal from the outgoing circuit for call of a remote controlled device, while, receiving the call signal with the reception part for call of the remote control device, and operating at least either a sounding body or a light emitting body. CONSTITUTION:When the remote control device 4 is operated(each instruction: start-up, stoppage, and air flow rate adjustment, etc.), an outgoing circuit 6 for remote control issues a signal, and the signal from the outgoing circuit 6 for remote control is light-emitted from an infrared ray light emitting part 7, and a light-emitted infrared ray is received with an ultraviolet light reception part 8, and is signal-processed at a reception part 9 for remote control, and the start-up, the stoppage, and the air flow rate adjustment of an air cleaner 1, etc., are performed with the remote control. When no remote control device 4 is available and the location of it is unknown, the call signal is issued from the outgoing circuit 10 for call by depressing a call switch 11 provided at the air cleaner 1. The reception part 12 for call of the remote control device 4 receives the call signal, and the sounding body 16 emits sound via an amplifier 15, which informs the user of the location of the remote control device 4. |
