Flush mechanism with push-button control and with controllable action, for a water-flush tank, of the type comprising, in particular: - an exterior tubular casing (1); - movable equipment (4-5-6) accommodated with the possibility of axial displacement inside this exterior casing (1) and comprising a valve (5) for closing off the draining orifice (E), installed in the lower part of an overflow tube (4), the lower portion of which is equipped with a float (6) accommodated in the exterior casing (1), an annular chamber (C) being provided between the upper portion of the overflow tube (4) and the upper portion (2) of the said exterior casing; - a push-button (10); characterised in that the exterior casing (1) is movable and integral in axial translation with the control push-button (10), and in that the annular chamber (C) is intended to be filled with water and has a variable volume, during operation of the mechanism, so as to constitute a pressure chamber by means of which the raising movements of the movable equipment (4-5-6) are obtained. <IMAGE>
