The structure comprises a top (1-4) supported by a pair of opposed underframes (14), the said top including two end parts (1, 4) each one secured to one of the said underframes (14) and two central parts (2, 3) articulated (Z, Z') to one another and (Y, Y') to the neighbouring end part of the top (1, 4), the articulations (Z, Z'; Y, Y') being such that the central top parts (2, 3) may be butted up against one another lower face against lower face and that the end top parts (1, 4) may be butted up against the neighbouring central top part (2, 3) upper face against upper face, each of the said underframes being articulated (X, X') at its lower end, with respect to one end of a framework (15) of flat overall shape. Each end part (1, 4) of the top and the underframe (14) which is secured thereto form a support (13), respectively for a substantially vertical cushion (20) and a substantially horizontal seat cushion (22) for a seat (19), which seat (19) is tilted laterally when the structure is in the unfolded configuration, and is in the position of use when the structure is in the folded configuration. <IMAGE> |
