A method for transmitting a broadcast signal according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: generating an ISO base media file format (ISOBMFF) file including data for a broadcast content provided by a broadcasting system; generating at least one segment including the generated ISOBMFF file; generating a broadcast signal including the at least one generated segment; and transmitting the broadcast signal, wherein the ISOBMFF file includes output control number information indicating the number of devices which can copy and then output a media factor expressed by the ISOBMFF file.
