The object of the invention is a process for making highly diluted homeopathic compositions or preparations from a solution of given dilution, itself originating from an initial solution containing an active substance, in which said initial solution is subject to successive dilutions, each solution going from that of first dilution to that of last dilution, constituting a solution of given dilution, wherein the solution of given dilution is subjected to an agitation stage at least after every tenth dilution and preferably after every third dilution and more preferably after every dilution, where the agitation consists of a stage of creating bubbles in the solution of given dilution (hereinafter referred to as ''bubbling'') by blowing gas in at an adequate rate of agitation to form a vortex in the solution of given dilution to be agitated.
