<p>The spring (9) associated with each brush (7) is fixed on a clamp (10) provided with reinforcements (10b) which, at one of their ends, comprise a hooking flange (10c), whilst the opposite end is profiled (at 10d) in order to bear against a projection (13) of the casing.
