<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry back, confirm and edit information after the end of a conference by providing the conference supporting system card with a 1st output means for outputting personal identification(ID) information to a conference supporting system and a 2nd output means for storing inputted information and outputting the stored contents when necessary. CONSTITUTION:An information I/O part 1 is used for the output of personal ID information, the input of conference report information, the output of the report information to a home terminal equipment, etc., and a personal information storage part 2 stores personal information such as the personal ID information of an attendant at a conference. A report storage part 3 stores the inputted report information and an editing operation part 4 executes edition such as the addition of comments to the inputted report information and the deletion of unnecessary parts. Consequently, the attendant at the conference can input information relating to the conference such as the report information in the conference from the conference supporting system, edit the information at the conference room while displaying the edited contents on the card or carry back, check and edit the information after the end of the conference.</p> |
