<p>This coffee mill is incorporated in a coffee machine of the type comprising at least one horizontal-axis grinder whose casing comprises a lateral opening emerging in a vertical discharge pipe. The said lateral opening (20) is located opposite a turbine (21) with centrifugal effect, which projects the ground coffee through the said lateral opening. Opposite this exit opening or these exit openings, a vertical discharge pipe (5) is provided whose lower orifice emerges opposite the location of an infusion receptacle (1a) and which has a lateral entry aperture (24a, 24b) arranged opposite the exit opening of the mill or mills, the discharge pipe (5) comprising an inner deflecting wall (26a, 26b) capable of directing the coffee powder coming from the mill or mills downwards.
