摘要

Zeolites having "intermediate" SiO2/AlO2 ratios are used to control odors. An "intermediate" ratio is when the SiO2/AlO2 ratio is less than about 10. The intermediate zeolites find use in catamenials, diapers, pantiliners, bandages, and the like, where control of odors associated with body fluids is desired. Combinations of intermediate zeolites with other odor controlling materials is also disclosed.
