The invention relates to a turbojet jet pipe device including at least two articulated annular sets of flaps (1, 4), a set of control devices associated with the flaps (1, 4) for adjusting their inclination and each one comprising a thrust cylinder (9) and a balance arm (11), a series of devices termed synchronisation devices (26 and 29) joining the balance arms (11) together, and a holder ring (3) on which the balance arms (11) and the flaps (1) are articulated.
