A booster, a direction control valve and hydraulic pump are connected to a hydraulic circuit.A pressure oil setting valve enables a compensating pressure oil.When a steering wheel is turned the compensating pressure oil is injected into a pair of reaction force chambers. When the wheel is turned back a compensating pressure is injected in a turned back direction.A reaction force regulating valve is provided in a passage and a throttle is regulated in accordance with a vehicle speed.
