摘要
一种球拍框专用碳纤内管结构改良,系以碳纤维经加外膜包束成连续长细条后,再藉以编结方式,作成中段空设之碳纤内管;俾提供制造者可直接以该碳纤内管置于框体定型模具之内侧,经由内管内侧之充气膜管作充气成型暨内管外侧淋加树脂后,加热定型,而完成碳纤拍框之快速、方便制作者。其除是具有降低制造成本之经济效益外,主要是由于经以碳纤条编织方式所构成之内管,因特别是具有编织结构之组织纠结性,乃具有整体张力、强度强化暨各部强度均匀之实用效果,为其特征者。
