NON-PRODUCER CELL LINES TRANSFORMED BY AMV

AMV-transformed non-producer cell lines which may be grown in serum-free media are disclosed. These cells have been transformed with the avian myeloblastosis virus oncogene, and are capable of being grown without chicken serum.
