An air duct cover and deflector is of box-like form, having a top in the form of a grid and also having side and end walls. A first set of deflector blades extends across the cover and deflector in one direction, and a second set of deflector blades extends normal to the first set. The first set is pivotally mounted on the top and the second set is pivotally mounted on the end walls. Sliding members pivot the deflector blades. The second set of blades is positioned on the side of the first set remote from the top.
