<p>The shackle has a guide component with a surface facing one side of the suspended track and at a distance from it when the shackle hangs on a straight section of track. When curves in the track are negotiated, the guide surface comes into contact with the track. The length of the guide surface in the suspended track longitudinal direction that the surface damps the shackle pivoting movements around its own vertical axis. The roller has two conical parts which rest on the suspended track. The suspended track is tubular, and the guide surface has a curvature radius which is 10 - 20 per greater than the outer radius of the track tube. The guide surface consists of a slide shoe with a surface, and is so positioned on the shackle that its central line, located centrally between the shoe highest and lowest points, is 1 - 2 mm below the centre line of the track tube. The slide shoe is of plastic.</p> |
