发明名称 Reducing emission from cooling of coffee beans - comprises sepg. first cooling phase from subsequent phases and air from first phase is used e.g. gas combustion air in coffee roaster
摘要 In a procedure for controlling the emissions from the cooling of roasted coffee beans or similar prods., the exhaust air from the 1st cooling phase is cleaned separately from the exhaust air from later cooling phases. If initial cooling with water is not used, the first cooling phase consists of reducing the temp. from about 200-300 deg. C to 60-90 deg. C. If initial water cooling is included, the 1st cooling phase starts at about 100-150 deg. C. The air from the 1st cooling phase may be used as combustion air in the coffee roaster, or as auxiliary air in the roasting chamber, or may be treated together with the exhaust air from the initial water cooling procedure. The cooling circuit of the first phase is sepd. from those of subsequent phases. USE/ADVANTAGE - In the cooling of roasted coffee beans and similar prods.. The cost of cleaning and deodorising the exhaust air is dramatically reduced.
