PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable ink composition for offset printing, which can reduce printing contamination even when a supply amount of dampening water is small during printing.SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable ink composition for offset printing comprises a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated bond, and a photopolymerization initiator, and further contains a polymerization inhibitor represented by general formula (1) below.
