<p>Mannich condensation products having the formula <CHEM> constitute a novel class of curing agents for epoxy resins. In the above formula X is a group of the formula <CHEM> Y is hydrogen or a group of the formula <CHEM> m and n are each 1-6, R<1> is hydrogen or methyl R<2> is hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl or cyanoethyl, R<3> is C1-C15 alkyl, and R<4> is hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl or cyanoethyl, with the proviso that when R<2> is not hydrogen, R<4> is also not hydrogen.</p> |
