PURPOSE:To perform efficiently peeling of resin by preventing the coated resin from melting even if a production line is suspended, by a method wherein a heating device heating an atmospheric temperature within the heating device to an established one and a cooling device for cooling of a temperature of a resin coated cover member by blowing off air are controlled by a controller. CONSTITUTION:A resin coated cover member of a rubber hose main body 10 which has completed vulcanization is heated at about 40-60 deg.C by a heating device 12 provided with a far infrared ray heater 11, than fed to a resin peeling and pulverizing device 15, the resin coated cover member 6 is pulverized, peeled off and wound up by a wind-up device 17 through a receiving machine 16. The heating device 12 is constituted so that an atmospheric temperature within a box is heated at about 140 deg.C and fitted with air blow-off ports 20a, 20b cooling rapidly the atmospheric temperature down to an established temperature of about 80 deg.C at the time of suspension of a line. A temperature sensor 21 within the box 18 is connected with a controller 23 and in the case where the atmospheric temperature is higher than the established temperature, valves 22a, 22b of the air blow-off ports are opened and controlled so that a temperature becomes the established temperature. |
