PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board device capable of preventing occurrence of undesired radiation such as common-mode noises caused from high speed signal.SOLUTION: A circuit board device 1 has a first signal processing board 3 and a second signal processing board 6 which are disposed being overlapped with each other being interposed by a space so as to process a signal, which is processed by either board in the first and second signal processing boards, on the other board. The circuit board device has a first frame 2 which forms a frame ground to which a first signal processing board is electrically connected and a second frame 5 to which the second signal processing board and the first frame are electrically connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
