Trisubstituted silyalkyl 1,2,4-triazole and imidazole phenyl borane compounds having the formula: <CHEM> wherein n, X, R, R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4>, and R<5> are defined in the description, and processes and intermediates for the preparation thereof are disclosed. The compounds of Formula I are especially useful as agricultural fungicides.
