solution mixed with solvent 20 cc, which consists of MEK 40 % and MDF 20 %, and rubber chloride 200 g by 2500-3000 rpm, 1-3 hrs in the stirrer; solution mixed with paraffin chloride 400 cc, maleic anhydride 7 cc, acrylic lacquer 15 cc, and sovent 17 cc; solution mixed with solvent 20 cc dissolving phenolic resin 20 g and EVA 10 cc which sovent 10 cc dissolving EVA 10 g by 2500-3000 rpm, for more than 1 hr. The additives used in mixing process are DPO (Diotyl Phthalate) 8 cc as a plasticizer, drying agent 6 cc, and surfactant 6 cc. After adding these additives, foaming noncombustible lacquer is prepared by mixing solutions together at 600-300 rpm for 1-2 hrs.
