The face of a duplicated paper is revealed and the duplicated papers are filed up according to the duplicated order by using the apparatus. The apparatus includes a guide plate (100) having a curved surface to guide the paper, and a filing tray (102) for filing the dropped paper with the duplicated order. The guide plate (102) can be attached to upper or lower frame (101A,101B) of the duplicator and a guide (104) can be attached at the end of the guide plate for papers having hard flexibility.
