发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ACORN-TEA
摘要 The acorn tea is prepd. by (a) pulverizing dryed acorns to obtain the acorn powder (diameter = 3 mm), (b) swelling the obtd. acorn powder (I) in water, (c) steaming the swelled (I), cooling and drying with hot air; (d) roasting the dryed (I) under 10 kg/cm2 pressure; and (e) mixing the 80-85 % roasted (I) with 10-15 % dryed and sliced carrot (diameter = 3-4 mm) and 5-10 % dryed and sliced codonopsis lanceolata (diameter = 3-4 mm) to obtain the final product. The obtd. acorn tea has a good taste.
