The overhead projector magnifies and projects opaque manuscript utilizing image processing method and LCD panel. The over head projector includes a body (1) having a manuscript stand on a bottom, a light source (2) depositing one end of cavity of the body (1) for lighting a manuscript, a condensing lenz (3) for condensing the reflected light to the manuscript, an image processing unit (4) for processing the caught image of the manuscript, and a projector (5) for projecting processed image. The caught image is converted to electrical signals by pixel units and the electrical signal is utilized to drive a LCD panel (46).
