A synthetic resin band is exturded by an exturder in a waved form to be 1-5 mm thick and 2-20 mm wide and cut to a certain length to be joined in parallel directly to one another in an alternative arrangement of waves between adjacent bands or to be joined indirectly by mediation of another straight band of 0.2-5 mm thickness and 2-20 mm width between adjacent wave bands in the same alternative wave arrangement as the former so as to produce eye holes (c) in side view in relation to alternative waves among the wave bands. The duster matting improves cushion and elastic force of recovery for effective use without slipping at a low production cost.
