<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene heat-shrinkable film for accumulated packaging which shows appropriateness especially for sleeve packing due to such advantages as high banding strength, excellent suitability for automatic packaging machine, sufficient strength for thin-walled structure, superb transparency/glossiness even after shrink packaging, low-temperature heat sealing performance, low-temperature shrinking performance, and heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The polyethylene heat-shrinkable multilayered film for accumulated packaging can be obtained by the following procedures: A polyethylene multilayered film is orientated by biaxial orientation at an orientation expansion ratio of three times or more both in MD and TD. After that, the film is orientated 1.1 to 3.0 times in MD at temperatures of 60 to 100°C by heat rolling processing. Desirably, the film is multilayered with at least not smaller than 3 layers and the average density (a) of the polyethylene resin of both surface layers and the average density (b) of the polyethylene resin of the core layer are expressed by (a)≤(b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
