The frame for mounting a cable embedding clamp and a terminal box simultaneously, simplifies the mounting of the box on any sectional structure regardley of the position or angle of building structure and the modifying of the frame according to the box size. The frame comprises: a hollow L shape body (1) having upper loop (7) for receiving cables, side hole (5) for bolt, and lower hinged clamping body (4'); an expansible body (2) engaged with the body (1) in the hollow section and having a stationary nut (3), lower hinged clamping body (4); a terminal box holder (8) having the stepped sections (12) and bolt-holes; an adjusting bolt (13) fastened with a nut (3) for adjusting the length of the body (2).
