<p>A device for sensing quickly an abnormality caused by a faulty lubrication, etc., in the bearing of a blower for a gas laser. The device comprises an oscillation sensor (2) which is mounted on a blower (1), senses the oscillation of the bearing of the blower (1), and outputs an oscillation sensing signal FIS, an amplifier (3) for amplifying the signal FIS fed from the oscillation sensor (2), a comparator (4) which judges whether or not the value of an oscillation sensing signal FOS amplified by the amplifier (3) is larger than a set value, and when it is larger than the set value, outputs a set value judgment signal PS, an alarm instructing means (5) which outputs an alarm instruction signal AS when the signal PSs are generated predetermined times or more within a predetermined time, and an alarm displaying means which displays the alarm on receiving the signal AS from the means (5).</p> |
