The line to line distance of heating line winding wound on the molibdenum wire and the diameter of the heating line are optimally calculated to improve heating characteristics and life time of the heater. The heating wire is wound on the molibdenum wire to have the ratio of line to line distance (l') to the diameter (d') is determined to be within (100 ± 5) %.
