coating adhesives onto the backside of fabric, forming polyurethane microporous layer containing ceramics onto adhesive-applied fabric surface between which printing paste, composed of reversible thermochromic black pigment of 3- diethylamino-6-methyl-7-anilofluoran of 20-40 wt.%, tackifying paste containing ultra-violet absorber 10-20 wt.% of 50-70 wt.%, emulsion-type polyurethane resin of 20-40 wt.%, and its color changeable to black when atmospheric temp. is low, is applied; and coating water-repellent layer onto both sides of fabric to make moisture-premeable water-proof fabric. The printing paste can also be applied to between front surface of fabric and water-repellent layer.
