<p>Method for continuing a measuring operation using a probe (1) stuck in a well and connected to the surface by a cable (4). The method consists, in particular, in lowering, concentrically to the cable (4), a tubular lining (12) until the probe is engaged by a special coupling (11) fitted on the lining end. The linings serve to protect the cable. A coupling (28) equipped with a lateral window is used to minimize manoeuvring time. After engagement, the probe is used to carry out measurements by displacing the tubular lining.</p> |
