PURPOSE:To fix a workpiece positively without using a magnet by forming a holding protrusive part for holding the workpiece in such a way that the polished face of the workpiece is protruded from a workpiece holding hole. CONSTITUTION:A holding protrusive part 43 for holding a workpiece 35 in such a way that the polished face of the workpiece 35 is protruded from a workpiece holding hole 33 is formed at this workpiece holding hole 33 of the inner diameter slightly larger than the workpiece maximum outer diameter. The workpiece 35 can be thereby fixed positively without using a magnet. |
