摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the image processor which can surely improve the image quality or the image accuracy of moving images. CONSTITUTION:A source image inputted to an image input device 11 is divided into objects having the same velocity vector in the image by a moving area separating device 13. The separated images are stored in an image memory device 16 after canceling the relative moving amount by a moving vector canceling device 15 and are synthesized again by an image synthesizer 18 after executing an image processing by a two-dimensional arithmetic unit 17.
